sorry! we offer no returns or refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
we want all of our products to bring you #thatextraedge no matter what. in case you are not completely satisfied with them due to an eligible reason like a size change, please drop us an email at info@marginlabel.com, and we will get back to you.
the product purchased will only be eligible for replacement:
— if the request is intimated within three days from the date of delivery of the product.
— if it is in perfect condition and unused, with all tags attached, in original packaging, with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever. this will be assessed by our quality control team via an interaction and image that you can share with us on email/whatsapp.
replacement/exchange is only applicable with products of the equal price value or higher.
no exchanges are valid on sale products or products purchased using any discount codes.
no exchanges are valid on products that have been made to order or customised.
if an exchange is granted, it is granted in the form of store credit, which has 9 months validity.
if the exchange is granted, the cost of the return of the product back to us will be borne solely by the customer.
furthermore, if the exchange is granted, when the replaced item has been received by the brand, the product/s will be assessed and you will be notified via email or whatsapp of the next steps.

shipping charges within India is free.
international shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
delivery
product delivery details will be shared via email within 48 hours from the date of placing your order.
if we are unable to process your order due to an inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.
orders that contain products that are out of stock, may take additional business days to process depending upon the availability of the products that are out of stock.
orders that are placed on a made to order basis may take additional business days to process depending on the level of customisation.
within india, for clothing items, it usually ships in 8-14 business days. for accessories and others, it usually ships in 3-5 business days. custom orders will vary.
international deliveries could take up to 30 business days.
please note that although we try our best to deliver your products during the estimated time frame, the delivery dates are not guaranteed.
as soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive tracking details for your shipment on your registered email address.
in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect, due to which delivery fails, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be able to be made. we will however attempt one more try to deliver the product after the correct address is retrieved from the customer, however, in this case, additional shipping charges may be applicable.
if there are any delays in product shipment, the brand will inform the customer with updates on revised dispatch timings and any other details needed.
